Any engagement between Berisca and a client is governed by a separate written agreement, scope of work or proposal, which takes precedence over anything published here.

The Berisca Network platform

The Berisca Network platform is a separate service hosted at network.berisca.com and governed by its own terms.

Brand access to the platform is arranged directly with Berisca under a managed monthly membership. Brands do not register themselves; Berisca creates and provides brand accounts.

Talent may create a profile on the platform. Profiles are reviewed by Berisca before approval. Joining the network does not guarantee approval, selection for any opportunity, or any minimum amount of work. Selection for each project depends on that project's requirements and the client's approval.

Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to share any material you attach. We will use those details as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, design, layout, code, graphics and the Berisca name and marks) belongs to Berisca or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

Client marks shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners and appear with permission.

You may view and share the content for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
